  2. Represent you on all offers and Negotiate for the best possible price and terms.
  3. Provide you with copies of all information relevant to the sale of your property.
  4. Follow up on all necessary closing details until the money is in your hands and you're ready to move.
  5. Communicate to you Weekly on all aspects of marketing.
  6. Move-out Services offered to both buyer and seller – boxes, tape, etc.
  7. Home Warranty* provided for seller; one year offered to potential buyer. * Ask about our program.
  8. Provide Periodic Market Conditions (sales, unsold homes, etc) relative to your property.
  9. Cleaning Services offered to seller – "Maid for a Day" – 1/2 day any time when listed with me or before an Open House, 1/2 day after you move out.
  10. Sign and Lock Box Removal within three days.
  11. Lowe's Customer Discounts.
  12. Provide Preferred Partner list.
  13. Return Calls within two hours.
  14. Advertising Writing of Listing and Open House.
  15. Satisfaction Survey to continuously reevaluate what services are important to you.
  16. Contact open house visitors within 24 hours.
  17. Transaction Management to ensure a fast, fair and hassle-free experience.
  18. Estimated Proceeds sheet.
  19. Helpful printed Materials and Brochures with tips.
  20. Mailing Labels for change of address forms.
