- Represent you on all offers and Negotiate for the best possible price and terms.
- Provide you with copies of all information relevant to the sale of your property.
- Follow up on all necessary closing details until the money is in your hands and you're ready to move.
- Communicate to you Weekly on all aspects of marketing.
- Move-out Services offered to both buyer and seller – boxes, tape, etc.
- Home Warranty* provided for seller; one year offered to potential buyer. * Ask about our program.
- Provide Periodic Market Conditions (sales, unsold homes, etc) relative to your property.
- Cleaning Services offered to seller – "Maid for a Day" – 1/2 day any time when listed with me or before an Open House, 1/2 day after you move out.
- Sign and Lock Box Removal within three days.
- Lowe's Customer Discounts.
- Provide Preferred Partner list.
- Return Calls within two hours.
- Advertising Writing of Listing and Open House.
- Satisfaction Survey to continuously reevaluate what services are important to you.
- Contact open house visitors within 24 hours.
- Transaction Management to ensure a fast, fair and hassle-free experience.
- Estimated Proceeds sheet.
- Helpful printed Materials and Brochures with tips.
- Mailing Labels for change of address forms.
