- Install a 6-foot Professional Yard Sign to enhance street visibility for foot and drive-by traffic near the home.
- Provide signage of Free Recorded Information 24/7 with a toll-free number on sign and marketing materials.
- Install and maintain a Brochure Box to provide color flyers with housing information.
- Install a Lock Box on premises for added convenience of showings.
- Discuss and take 12 Property Photos for use in marketing the property.
- Create and develop a Virtual Tour of the property.
- Prepare an informational Home Book for potential buyers outlining the features, advantages and benefits of your property along with community information.
- Conduct a Neighborhood Open House and other open houses as our schedules allow.
- Provide Intersection and Open House Signage.
- Personally Contact company staff, realtors, investors, buyer clients and more to promote your property.
- Create Business Card Hand-outs for potential buyers and sphere of influence.
