Q: What is your no risk guarantee?
I offer the following commission scale:
If you list with me and another agent finds the buyer, you pay 6%.
If you list with me and I find the buyer, you pay 4%.
If you list with me and you find the buyer as the result of your own efforts (not a result of any of my efforts), you pay NOTHING! And I guarantee you pay nothing, therefore there is NO RISK!
Q: Can we cancel at anytime?
Absolutely. My philosophy is if you're not happy, the relationship just won't be beneficial to you or me. I am confident I can provide a high level of service and care. If I don't, I don't deserve your business.
Q: You offer limited services as well. Why shouldn't I go that route?
Limited service simply does not get you the exposure or benefits that you would get with my full service marketing plan. I offer benefits like "Maid for a Day," moving boxes, a home warranty, and much, much more. I cannot offer these for the limited service plan.
Additionally, with the NO RISK GUARANTEE you could potentially pay nothing. A much better deal than the limited service option!

Q: If we list with you, will we be on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)?
Absolutely!
Q: Shouldn't I choose an agent who knows the area to sell my home?
Most realtors would say yes. I disagree. I have listed and sold properties in areas more than two hours away.
However, as gas prices rise, it makes sense for me to limit my full service offering to Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Walworth, Ozaukee, Washington and counties.
The bottom line is you need to trust who you are working with.

I will provide a correct market position of your home, evaluate supply and demand for the area, and examine property condition. At that point, we can discuss the appropriate listing price that works for you.
Q: My home needs some repairs. Do you know any service people that can help?
We have a number of service people whom we have used in the past and are happy to recommend to you.
Q: How long is your listing agreement for?
I typically use a six month period. But remember, you are free to cancel anytime.
