The BlueJay Way Philosophy
Originally a New Yorker, I graduated with a degree in journalism with an option in public relations from California State University, Chico. I found myself in Milwaukee, met my wife Poppy and the rest is history. My father-in-law talked me into joining his mortgage company, Moneyline Mortgage. I did so not because he was family but because I believed in his philosophy of helping people and not being greedy. To this day, I enjoy being a loan originator immensely.
Deal Direct Homes was created by us to help save people money when selling their home. I received my real estate broker license and we started Deal Direct Homes as a For Sale By Owner Program that has been gaining momentum. Soon after, the requests for "full service" started coming and I wanted to find a way to answer those requests. Rather than being your typical agent or real estate company, I wanted Deal Direct Homes to surpass expectations. That's why I created my BlueJay Way Marketing Plan outlined on this site. It's my home sale promise to you.
